Plan pages

How your details are used

A plan page is a private page I make for you after you answer the five questions. This is everything it keeps and why.

What is kept

No password is kept, because there is none. No documents are asked for or stored.

Why it is kept

To show you your plan, to let me reply to you, and to tell me which pages on this site are useful. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising or used to train anything.

The legal basis is your own request for the page, and my legitimate interest in answering it.

Who can see it

You, through your private link, and me, Alexey Shurov. If you send the read only link to a colleague, they see the plan on one page. They do not see your email address or your messages.

Plan pages carry no analytics or advertising trackers. One cookie keeps you signed in on the browser you used. The page cannot work without it, and it is used for nothing else.

Emails

I email your link, and my replies when you ask something. I send two reminders at most. Every email has a link that stops the reminders in one click, and you can also stop them from your page.

Where it is held

In a database hosted in the United Kingdom. Emails go through a mail service hosted in the European Union. The website itself is served by a hosting company that may handle a request outside the United Kingdom while it passes through.

How long

Until you delete it. Your page has a button that deletes the page and everything on it at once. A page nobody has opened for twelve months is deleted for you.

If you use the contact form instead

Your name, email address and message are kept in the same place, so that a message cannot be lost on its way to me. They are removed after twelve months, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what is kept, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Ask from your page or through the contact form. I am the person responsible for this data, and I am based in London. If you are unhappy with an answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
